CONTACTLESS SERVICE + PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Schedule a service appointment here or by phone.
- When you arrive for your appointment, drive your vehicle into the service lane.
- Complete a service request form (available in the service lane). Include your contact information, requested service, and preferred contact method.
- Leave the form on your dash, along with your key. At this point, you may leave the premises (or wait in the service lounge if you prefer).
- Your service advisor will contact you via your preferred method of communication to review your requests and obtain authorization to proceed.
- Once your service is complete, your advisor will contact you, send an electronic invoice, and can process payment remotely.
- Notify your advisor when you'd like to pick up your vehicle. We will disinfect your vehicle and have it waiting outside, ready for you to drive away.
- For services totaling over $200, we are offering vehicle pick-up and drop-off within 20 miles of the dealership. Please contact us at (763) 447-3532 to schedule this option.
